Please read all the information provided before booking. • Deposit / Retainer A 50% deposit is required to finalize booking & goes towards service. • Rescheduling / Cancellation A 24 hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling, there will be a 25% fee to reschedule. • Payment CASH (preferred) APPLE PAY ZELLE CASHAPP • Late Arrival No call/No show will result in blockage from future bookings and will be charged a 50% inconvenience fee. At 10 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded • Confirmation An email confirmation will be sent providing the address & any additional details ALWAYS CHECK JUNK/SPAM MAIL. • Cold Symptoms If you have a common cold, flu, covid-19, or any other form of illness please reschedule your appointment. If you are experiencing ANY cold symptoms at the time of your appointment you will be kindly asked to reschedule. • Fill-Ins Fills should be scheduled every 2-3 weeks from your appointment (14-21 days from your full set). you must have 45% - 50% remaining to be a fill, if you do not have the required amount you will be charged for a full set. Fill ins can only be booked 3 times with the exception of a touch up as the 4th anything after you will be required to book a full set. • Refund Policy There will be no refunds under any circumstance. Please notify me if you want to make any alterations during your appointment. Once you leave nothing else can be done about your service. If for some reason you have a problem with your lashes, you will have 48 hours to reach out to me to get them fixed at the earliest convenience. Anything after 48 hours will be charged. • Appointment Preparation • Please come with clean eyelashes free of makeup, glue, mascara etc. • Please no extra guest, no food, no children or pets unless proven paper work for service animals. • REMOVE ANY CONTACT LENSES BEFORE APPOINTMENT. • Please no cellphone use (silence phone) can be distracting/ cause fluttering eyelids. • NO CAFFEINE BEFORE SET (Coffee, energy drink, soda/pop, etc). Cancellation Policy
You have a 10 minute grace period granted anything after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
No call / no shows will be banned from any future bookings and/or deals & giveaways.
To book is to acknowledge that there is a 45% cancellation fee if it is within the 24 hour window of your appointment.
