Thank you for choosing me to service you Please check out the booking information before securing your appointment!💕 • DEPOSIT / RETAINER A 50% deposit is required to finalize booking & goes towards service. •HOLIDAYS A $25 surcharge will be applied to all appointments scheduled on national or federal holidays. • RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • PAYMENTS Cash Zelle ( PLEASE BE SURE TO HAVE EXACT CHANGE AS I WILL NOT HAVE CHANGE AVAILABLE ) • CONFIRMATION EMAIL A confirmation email with the address and all additional details will be sent after booking. Please remember to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. • COLD SYMPTOMS If you are feeling unwell with a cold, flu, COVID-19, or any other illness, please reschedule your appointment. If you arrive with any cold-like symptoms (excessive coughing or sneezing) you will be kindly asked to reschedule for another day. • FILL INS Fills should be scheduled every 2–3 weeks (14–21 days) after your full set. To qualify as a fill, you must have at least 45–50% of your lashes remaining. Anything less will be considered a full set and charged accordingly. • APPOINTMENT PREPARATION •Arrive with clean lashes/clean face , free of makeup, mascara, or glue. •No extra guests, children, or pets (service animals permitted with paperwork). •Remove contact lenses before your appointment. •Please silence your phone and avoid using it during your service (it can cause eyelid fluttering). •Avoid caffeine beforehand (coffee, energy drinks, soda, etc.), as it can make your eyes less relaxed. By paying your deposit and booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all terms stated in this policy. Cancellation Policy
• No call / No show: Results in a 30%
inconvenience fee and permanent blockage from future bookings.
• Grace period: You have a 10-minute grace period.
• After 10 minutes: A $20 late fee will be applied.
• After 15 minutes: Your appointment will be cancelled.
